The villa is beautiful and and well situated to walk to Eat Street. All 3 rooms we lovely and each a bit different.
The guys came everyday to clean and were very respectful to ask when we wanted them to come each morning.
They were quick to respond to messages and tried to answer with solutions everytime.
I felt a bit over charged for some bananas and fruit that Angel went to pick up for us, but he did it immediatly and did pick out some delicious and fresh pieces. The request for a couple taxis, instead of the large one I had originally ordered from booking.com, which would not easily get to us, was almost $10 more than, the 2 I ended up booking myself thru booking.com. So, this was a disappointment. I still tipped them when we left and I am guessing that maybe this is not common with others who have stayed there. These people work hard and travel from homes hours away and probable hope for the tips we leave.

Lovely property, walking distance to all attractions and the beach.

Great location, shopping and beach within a 10-15 minute walk and especially loved the Local Coffee shop around the corner. The villa provide excellent service and communication!!
During the time of my booking, the villa was listed: “Brand New Villa, Walk to Seminyak Beach” - with that, my expectation is a brand new villa, it was not. The villa was nice, comfortable, and again service and communication was exceptional, but would recommend cosmetic updates, surface cleaning, and some attention to details.

Friendly staff and great location in the laneways of Seminyak. All bedrooms were lovely with gorgeous bedding and great air conditioning
Hot water downstairs was very temperamental- it either wasn’t enough for two showers or didn’t give us hot water at all!
Pool furniture and living room furniture in need of replacement. There was no place to lounge around and not enough for the possible 6 person capacity.
