The location
The fee of parking. Still acceptable, max rm15 per charge. If free overnight will better.

In general, Kivana Suite is a suitable place to stay when visiting Kota Kinabalu. My apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and the staff was very helpful. A major plus was the complimentary airport shuttle service provided by the property, which was extremely convenient.
However, the location was not good, as it was situated quite far from all the main attractions, meaning I had to rely on taxis whenever I wanted to get around.

Enough for 4 people, beautiful room. Friendly staff.
1. We arrived 5 pm. But we have to wait 20 more minutes to check in even tho we suppose to check in 3pm. The staff said that our room is not ready yet. What with the extra 2 hour that we already given?
2. The card given its not working. We have to change the card more than 4 times. We need to go back and fort between groundfloor and 18 floor to tell them that the room card not working.
3. The steam iron leaking. Have to change it 3 time. The first 2 leaking because of the hose already broken.
