Room was tidy, comfy and very well located for the city centre. The WiFi was excellent, and the instructions for arrival and departure were very clearly communicated
The room got very warm in the day and the fan didn’t do much to cool it down. Also we had some issues with the shower not draining properly.

The location was excellent – everything was within easy reach, and it was very convenient to walk around with children.
However, there were several issues with the accommodation. We had booked the apartment for 5 people, but when we arrived, beds had only been prepared for 3 people. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves, but there were no bed sheets provided for it.
We contacted the host and eventually received a sheet, but unfortunately it had holes in it and it was only delivered the following day.
There were also no kitchen towels and no bath mat provided in the bathroom.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und alles ist fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Als es ein Problem mit der Dusche gab war die Kommunikation gut und das Problem wurde während unseres Aufenthalts behoben. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut es gab sogar Verbandszeug, Bügeleisen etc. Es wurde wirklich an sehr vieles gedacht und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Leider war die Unterkunft in der Küche und im Bad nicht sauber, an der klobrille klebten Haare vom letzten Besucher und auch im Waschbecken. In der Küche war sämtliches Geschirr schmutzig und Teller standen im Wasser der Teller unter ihnen. Auch auf den Böden sah man noch Fußabdrücke.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto, wygodne łóżka. Dostępne ręczniki i kosmetyki. Łatwy wygodny dostęp do mieszkania poprzez zostawienia kluczy w boxie.
