Lovely little cottage near Chateaudun. Perfect as we were going to a wedding. There is a separate studio with bathroom and double room accessed round the side of the building which we liked (once we had found it) well stocked cupboards and nice welcome water and cakes.
The access to the two rooms upstairs is via a steep spiral staircase so not good for the infirm or those who need the loo in the night. You have to go through one bedroom to reach the other which might be an issue for some. The outside room/studio is down steps and this is fine but you need a torch until you can put the outside lights on.. maybe have a switch up at the house.
