Excellent new property located in the center of Verona. 5 minutes from the Arena (great if you’re visiting for the opera season) and 5 minutes from Piazza Erbe. Really clean and modern facilities and totally noise proof! There’s a supermarket around the corner and many food options nearby. It’s really a home away from home. A top tier place to stay.
Luggage storage only possible if you contact the staff ahead of time and only during their office hours from 9-5pm(6?). Not a lot of proactive interaction from the staff and it probably would have been helpful to know ahead of time the office is located in one of the apartments on the second floor…
No room cleaning and not sure what the trash disposal situation would be if you’d stayed for more than just a few days (when the bins get full).

It exceeded the photographs. Was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything required for a short stay. As it was positioned within an inner courtyard it was very quiet. The location couldn’t be better. I would highly recommend it. Lorenzo, in particular was so helpful, and enthusiastic about his job- he’s an asset to Homy Livia.

Die Lage nahe der Arena könnte nicht besser sein. Verona zu Fuß auf kurzen Wegen zu besichtigen. Das Zimmer ist gut zu klimatisieren, sehr sauber und das Bett sehr gut.
Allein der Gepäcktransport vom Parkhaus zur Wohnung war beschwerlich. Der Vermieter sollte für eine Zufahrtsberechtigung zum Gepäckausladen bzw -Einladen sorgen. Es gab viele deutsche Autos, die die Berechtigung hatten, in die ZTL-Zone zu fahren.

The property is excellently located a short walk from everything in Verona. Easily accessible. Room and veranda far exceeded our expectations, absolutely gorgeous property. Very clean and comfortable, great air-conditioning and bathroom was also lovely. Lorenzo was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He gave us several tourist/food recommendations, maps and helped us with bag-drop and transport recommendations. The property is keyless and uses keycodes to access, which were sent via Whatsapp/email, which I love. Means I can never lose the key or forget to bring it with me! I would highly recommend the property as we had a lovely experience, will definitely be staying again. Thank you Lorenzo and your team!
The kitchen could have a few more utensils (grater, wooden spoon) but this is very minor. Aside from that everything else was brilliant!
