Hely elhelyezkedése, tágasság.

Kád volt nem zuhany, de kádat is ígértek, csak én kevésbé kedvelem.

Nem ajánlom, csak ha a tulajdonos javítja a hibákat és egy alapos takarítást végez.

Az elhelyezkedése jó. közel a sétányhoz és a fürdőhöz.

Júniusi értékelést olvastam ahol fel voltak sorolva hibák. Ezek azóta sem lettek kijavítva. Konyha: koszos, a konyhaszekrény fogantyúja még mindig leszakadva. Egy csavar megoldaná. Szó szerint hangyainvázió. Fürdőszoba: csak az egyik lámpa világít rendesen. Félhomály van. Takarítással kezdtünk. Wc: még mindig törött és folyik. A wc előtt folyamatosan tócsa. Nem túl higiénikus. Hálószoba: csak a tv helye van tv nincs. Van kijárat a teraszra de a redőnyt nem lehet felhúzni mert a gurtni elszakadva. Ágy iszonyatosan foltos. Mindenhol pókháló és morzsa. Tele hangyákkal. Nappali: a kanapékra csak azután tudtunk leülni hogy leporszívóztuk, tele morzsával és hangyával. Foltos, egy alapos kárpit tisztítás ráférne. A tv összesen 11 csatorna. A terasz koszos, az asztal mintha évek óta nem lett volna takarítva. Takarítással kezdtünk, és azzal hogy hangyairtót mentünk vásárolni. Klíma nincs.

Nagyon jó ár/érték arány! +Mélygarázs

Minden rendben volt, jó árban a többihez képest. Nagy plussz az ingyenes mélygarázs parkoló. Eléggé közel van a sétányhoz meg a fürdőhöz.

Nincs klima, nagy melegben ez probléma lehet. Vasaló sem volt, ez mondjuk annyira nem zavart.
