Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt Früchte, verschiedene Kuchen, Brot und auch warme Speisen.
Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Dusche, WC ... Alles funktioniert!
Blick auf den Lake Kivu, sehr nice!
Kleine Kritik: Zimmertüren schließen nur, wenn man sie versperrt, ist aber nicht so schlimm.

Good location. Room is fine. Personnel is kind and willing. Great views over the city
Personnel speaks very poorly English or French: really could not order any diner. Had to go to neighboring restaurant. . Breakfast is quite basic. No mosquito net provided although very much needed
