Estrutura do hotel
As instalações do hotel são muito boas, porém a organização e a comunicação da equipe deixaram bastante a desejar.
No Booking, constava que o pagamento seria administrado pelo próprio hotel. Entretanto, no dia da hospedagem, como a cidade estava lotada, recebi uma mensagem informando que, para garantir a reserva, eu precisava realizar o pagamento imediatamente. Eu estava na estrada, com a internet oscilando bastante, o que tornou a situação ainda mais inconveniente.
Além disso, saímos do hotel às 9h30, mas, mesmo assim, posteriormente recebemos mensagens informando que o checkout deveria ser realizado até as 12h. Para completar, próximo ao horário do checkout, ainda recebi uma ligação da equipe, mesmo já tendo deixado o hotel.
As instalações são realmente muito boas, mas essa falta de comunicação interna e organização acaba prejudicando bastante a experiência do hóspede. É um ponto negativo que, infelizmente, me faz repensar uma próxima hospedagem.

The place is good and comfortable
On the internet page they have divulged one price for the room but when we got there they that price was wrong and they changed us about 30% more.
