Brand new apartment block built within the last 2 years and not on Google street view. I was on the 4th floor in a studio apartment with balcony overlooking Bentecho station serving the JR Loop line and Osaka Metro so easy to get around. The balcony doors are double glazed so no train noise heard inside the apartment. Beautiful CD theme cushions and crockery. Lovely hot water in the shower. Enough kitchen equipment to

I found the bed quite firm for my taste. The apartment is small but well designed but I had to put the suitcase on my bed to pack as not enough space elsewhere

Location and quality of the room. Had everything we needed.
Room was a little small for eating a meal inside. There was a glitch on arrival where the PIN that was sent to us was incorrect, but this was fixed with a phone call.
