Wonderful stay! Pretty far from big roads, 20 minutes away from tourist locations like the shopping street or city square. There’s a Jumbo store across the street, but much more options are there if you get a bike or a car to move around. We were provided with a nice parking lot right next to the building, all keys worked fine and the garbage disposal bin was also 2 minutes away from the entrance. There’s an elevator, so you can carry heavy stuff with you!<3
The owner is online to help you out every day-huge bonus for that, as you can communicate in English!
There are just a few things that you might consider as you move in, that I didn’t mind much as the value was on point:
-this is an apartment within a populated student location, sometimes they make noise but you can talk to them
-it just so happened that a young couple right on top of this apt was doing a renovation for 3-4 days from 5 pm and sometimes until 1 am, but I don’t know German, so I decided it’s fine to wait out(this is not hotel, so it’s completely fine,-ppl obv live here).

Ik vond het super om de eigenaar ook te ontmoeten en dat hij zelf de sleutel overhandigde en een rondleiding gaf ook fijn dat hij altijd goed bereikbaar was voor vragen
We wisten al vantevoren dat het een oud pand was maar aan het intrieur was dat niet te zien maar het was erg kaud daar helaas kregen we de woning niet warmer dan 19 graden.
De extra kacheltjes kregen we helaas niet aan maar blijkt nog een extra aan knop op de stekkerdoos te zitten waar we later pas achterkwamen.

Locatie prima, 7 minuten lopen van het centrum (Grote Markt). Makkelijk parkeren, host heeft parkeervergunning voor je kenteken waardoor je nauwelijks iets betaalt. makkelijk bereikbaar, ook ín het gebouw. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. En bovendien echt een heel erg goed bed. Verduisterende gordijnen, goede badkamer. Niets te klagen
geen opmerkingen. Alles was nieuw of netjes, alles functioneerde.
