The staff front desk and manger of the front was kind friendly and helpful
Very considerate.
The housekeeping manager I assume knocked on the door after our late check in asking to check our room for cleaning.
I explained we already unpacked. So it doesn't make sense. He seemed ok and accepted my decline. But it was weird, he also came to the door right after my husband left to finish getting somethings from the car. So the timing was weird when I was alone with the kids

The suite was awesome
The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t hot it was also cold
