Staybridge Suites Aurora East by IHG

Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful.

All the staff especially the girl in front desk, Nadia, she’s similar age with my daughter. She’s so enthusiastic and considerate. My daughter needed to take test the next morning and couldn’t take the breakfast at regular time. She arranged an early breakfast package for us. We really appreciate it! As for the cleaning lady, I do have some concerns. We forgot to take our food from the fridge which we actually want them. By the time we realized it, we called the hotel but the food were thrown away already. We understand it was the hotel rule but what if they called and asked, so we wouldn’t have had them wasted especially we love those food…

It’s new clean and well located

"Really nice and clean property with excellent service from Yana and Mitra at breakfast, and Shayna at the front desk, who were all very nice to us. The only downside is that the location is a bit too far from downtown

La place est propre et neuve.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est mal entretenue, manque sérieusement de places où s'asseoir pour déjeuner. La période du service est chaotique, manque d'organisation, les employés sont débordé. Souvent il faut attendre plusieurs minutes pour que les aliments soient remplis , pas de café, pas d'ustensiles, pas d'assiette disponibles pendant plus de 10 à 15 minutes !
