We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay very pleasant.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff, especially Xiao Hao (小浩). He was incredibly patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us when we accidentally lost a ring in the hotel.
Xiao Hao took the time to search everywhere for the ring and eventually managed to find it. He even went the extra mile to arrange for it to be sent back to us in Chengdu. We are truly grateful for his honesty, patience, and effort!
Staff like Xiao Hao really make a difference and leave such a positive impression on guests. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for taking such good care of us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again!

This place is absolutely outstanding - everything from the customer service, to the interior, location, food.. everything. Particularly the customer service, we needed assistance on a couple of items and the staff were so good in supporting us. All the added touches were brilliant as well - it certainly had a 5 star feel.

Завтрак отличный, с учетом особенности региона! Отель новый, людей мало. Расположение в самом центре древнего города, что очень удобно для прогулок и посещения ближайших достопримечательностей. Кровати очень большие и удобные. Персонал отличный, всегда придут на помощь и помогут с любым вопросом!
Мы были когда отель был не заполнен посетителями и было тихо, но когда начали заселяться жильцы, оказалось, что шумоизоляция в номерах не на очень хорошем уровне. Не логичное расположение выключателей освещения, чтобы включить свет в ванной, нужно идти или в коридор или в противоположный конец комнаты, что не очень удобно.
