Très bien situé, mais plusieurs points importants à améliorer

Le logement est très bien situé à Robion. Il y a une boulangerie juste en face et, juste à côté, un grand magasin bio avec de très bons produits et un choix important de fruits et légumes. C’est vraiment très pratique au quotidien. L’hôte est également très réactif et disponible : à chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin de quelque chose, il a répondu rapidement.

Le premier point est l’occultation. Il n’y a tout simplement pas de volets dans le logement. La porte-fenêtre vitrée, qui sert également de porte d’entrée, laisse donc entrer énormément de lumière dès le lever du jour. À l’étage, où se trouve le lit, il y a une petite fenêtre équipée d’un petit store, mais celui-ci ne permet pas non plus d’occulter suffisamment la lumière. Dès environ 7 h du matin, le logement est donc très lumineux, ce qui est assez gênant pour dormir. La salle de bain est extrêmement petite. Ce n’est pas simplement une question de confort : il est impossible de poser une serviette de toilette au sol devant la douche puis d’ouvrir la porte, car il n’y a tout simplement pas assez de place pour passer. À plusieurs dans le logement, c’est assez contraignant. Le logement est également très peu équipé pour un séjour. Il y a bien une cafetière Dolce Gusto, un grille-pain et un micro-ondes, mais celui-ci est limité à 700 W, ce qui rend le réchauffage des plats particulièrement long. Pour cuisiner, il y a uniquement une petite plaque de cuisson Valberg portable, posée en complément. Pour nous, l’équipement de la cuisine est donc vraiment trop limité, surtout pour un séjour en famille. Le vidéoprojecteur ne fonctionnait pas correctement lorsque nous avons voulu l’utiliser un soir pour les enfants. Ce n’est évidemment pas la raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi ce logement, mais lorsqu’un équipement est proposé, c’est dommage qu’il ne soit pas réellement utilisable. L’isolation phonique est également perfectible. Le logement étant situé juste à proximité de la route, les bruits de circulation sont assez facilement audibles à l’intérieur. La literie est plutôt confortable au niveau des matelas, mais les couettes sont en revanche de très mauvaise qualité. Elles sont très fines et ont tendance à ne pas rester en place : elles s’entortillent et se déplacent facilement pendant la nuit, ce qui rend le couchage assez inconfortable.
