Clean, new furniture and appliances, right near Harrow-on-the-Hill station, and a really nice gym and common areas. Only downside was the heat in the hallway and right by the door of the unit. I get that there's no AC, but I swear they had the heat on. The thermostat read 29 degrees and it was only 21 outside. Thankfully, there was a fan and window right by the bed, so that part of the room was much cooler. A very good place to stay if you're going to Wembley.

We booked a room in the middle of the heatwave in the UK. When we got to our room we realized that the window couldn’t be opened because a handle was missing. We reached out to the reception and hotels.com. It took them 24h to come and put in the handle so that the window could be opened. We slept in 28 degrees of heat the first night. Second, we noticed that we didn’t have a hairdryer in the room. The reception said they didn’t have any spare ones so we had to manage without one. I reached out to Nestor’s what’s app and all of a sudden it knocked on our door the day before check out to provide a hair dryer. I’ve tried to talk to the hotel about compensation for the first night because I could’ve might aswell booked a sauna to sleep in because that’s exactly how it felt. They offered me 5% off on the next booking 😂 I’ve stayed at other places of Nestor too which has been great but this made me speechless. The place is fine, but the staff does not consider you as a customer their priority and if you have any problems they actually do not care to sort them out.
