We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with everything we needed, including slippers, towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries. We did miss bathrobes, hair conditioner, and shampoo, but this was not a big issue.
The rooms were warm and cozy. Special thanks for the room upgrade and for listening to our requests — we really appreciated it.
The staff were friendly and kind. We were especially touched on New Year’s Eve, when the hotel owner and his wife brought us New Year’s cookies. It made the atmosphere feel very warm and welcoming.
The only downside was that around 4 a.m. we woke up because of loud laughing and talking from other guests who were probably coming back from a night out. This might mean the walls are a bit thin, but we think it was more about other guests being noisy rather than the hotel itself.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much — we would gladly recommend this hotel!

We had a lovely stay at the family-owned Oregano Hotel. With just 15 rooms and a swimming pool, it offers a peaceful and personal atmosphere.
We stayed in a Family Room for Four, which included a living room with two sofa beds and a kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Both rooms had balconies overlooking the pool.
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the beach, and a complimentary shuttle service is also available. Guests can use the sister hotel’s beach loungers free of charge, with food and drinks available to purchase.
Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared and served by the owners. The owner also arranged excursions at excellent prices and provided helpful recommendations for exploring Side and the surrounding region.
Quiet and relaxing, Oregano Hotel was our favourite of the three hotels we have stayed at in Side. We are already planning to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, personal experience.
