The space

Designed to hold up to 12 guests, the villa stretches across bright, airy interiors with 7 beds and 5.5 baths. Open living areas connect naturally to the outdoors, drawing in the breeze and the soft glow of tropical light. A private entrance and self check-in mean your arrival is on your terms, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

A large private pool anchors the outdoor space - ideal for long, unhurried afternoons under the Caribbean sun. Outdoor showers and a spacious patio extend the living area beyond the walls, and the beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. The private beach - 167 metres long and 37 metres wide - is lined with sunbeds, oversized cushions, and Bali-style cabanas, a setting built for slow, sun-filled days.



Wellness and recreation

Calablanca Residences offers a full range of shared amenities to make your stay as restorative as it is entertaining. The spa features separate entrances, jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights, and pilates equipment, while the game room brings a different kind of energy with a pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and a TV. A dock extending 60 metres into the water welcomes boats up to 60 feet.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook with ease - stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all included. A dining table provides the space to gather, and a dedicated workspace means longer stays remain practical.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms across 7 beds sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Bed linens, towels, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are all provided, along with essentials including soap and toilet paper.
