Located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, Brittany, this 245 m² villa welcomes up to 11 guests in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms feature double and single beds, plus a crib and high chair for families. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances: induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with ice dispenser. Enjoy private Wi-Fi, a TV with soundbar, washing machine, coffee maker, and a large dining table for 12.
Relax in the private garden with premium artificial grass, on the open terrace, or the balcony—perfect for listening to birds in this peaceful setting. The private, heated outdoor pool is available from April 1 to October 1, with safety shutters and lighting. Please note: in early April, cold nights (sometimes with frost) may lower the water temperature. From around April 24, the pool is kept at a pleasant temperature. You also have a private hot tub, outdoor shower, and private barbecue for memorable family moments.
Parking includes a shared garage, 2 shared on-site spaces, and street parking. Parties are not allowed. Beach towels are provided, and access is step-free. Shared amenities include billiards, foosball, tennis court, toys, and children’s books. The swing shown in photos has been removed.
The nearest beach is 2 km away, so you can enjoy the resorts of Saint-Cast and Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer. Easy access to Saint-Malo (30 min), Dinard (20 min), Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer (5 min), and Cap Fréhel (20 min). A security deposit is required, late check-out may be possible depending on availability, and cleaning does not include the barbecue.

Firstly, this property was very clean. Access was easy and the house and kitchen is very well equipped. It is also quiet and secluded. Good parking & the communication with the hosts is good. However, the photos are misleading. I imagine many people would book it for the garden and it is much smaller than the photos suggest. It is actually a small garden. Also, the grass is fake. This wasn't specified in the listing & I wouldn't have booked had I known. We couldn't get the hot tub to work. We only managed it once and it turned off after 20 minutes and wouldn't go on again. The next day 2 of the 3 jet systems turned off. We couldn't get them back on. We assumed it was faulty so we only got one use. There were no detailed instructions in the visitor book. Apparently there is a trick to get it to work but it would have been good to have been told this beforehand. People should know that there is only one toilet on the ground floor and it isn't in any of the bathrooms. Also, although I paid for the whole house, only 2 of the rooms were made up with bedding & were chosen for me before I arrived. We had no choice & therefore, we only had use of downstairs. Additionally the beds/bedding/towels are supermarket quality & polyester, I would have expected hotel quality bedding (cotton bedding) at this price point. I took my own towels, thankfully. I also went out & bought sheets. Additionally, the wifi doesn't work in any of the bedrooms. This could be a problem for younger people.
