Gulfport's newest vacation home. 3 bedroom,two bath located in downtown Gulfport. Within walking distance to the beach,aquarium and all of downtown Gulfport attractions. Located in a quiet residential /commercial area. 2 blocks away from the federal and county court houses. Our home is pet friendly with a completely fenced in yard. Private grilling area, and off street parking.
The space
our home is newly renovated Duplex . your home has its own private off road parking , fenced front yard with gate and sidwalk to your private entrance. outside your back door you will find a nice sitting area with 4 chairs and a table covered by a sun sail and privacy fenced with a gate leading to the front yard area. The gas bar-bq grill is also located in the back for your use.

lockbox key code will be given the day prior to your arrival and is located on the left wall at the front door

please park in front of the sidewalk gate on the grass is ok .

We chose this property for its location near the airport. It is fine but not in the "touristy" part of town. It's near the railroad so the train is pretty loud when it comes through but it's not that often. Checkout instructions requested that we load the dishes in the dishwasher but we could not find a dishwasher machine anywhere so we washed the dishes by hand. We would stay here again if we needed to be close to the airport.

Very pleasant stay and nice surroundings house was clean and owner was helpful if needed will look forward to seeing them again

The property was in a great location, and accommodated our needs with being near the beach and restaurants. They were extremely friendly towards pets. The property is a duplex, but you still have a lot of privacy.
