Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, peaceful 35m² loft apartment under the eaves for rent, situated in a fully renovated former manor house in the heart of the village of Talloires.
Breathtaking views over Lake Annecy and Talloires Bay.
Situated on the 3rd floor of the building, the property comprises:
Living area and sleeping area:
- Living area with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge. The kitchen is fitted with two induction hobs, a fridge, a sink and a multifunction oven
- A sleeping area with a 160x200m bed is situated on the same level.
- Bathroom fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet
- On the mezzanine level, a reading area with a bench seat.
Additional facilities:
- Wi-Fi, washing machine, Talloires communal parking pass, iron and ironing board, portable air conditioning. Cot and high chair available on request.
Nearby:
The flat is ideally situated in the centre of Talloires, a 5-minute walk from the lake and the beach.
- Cycle path 2 minutes away by bike
- Shops: Supermarket (8 à Huit), newsagent, bakery, butcher’s, florist… 1 minute’s walk away
Activities:
The village of Talloires can pride itself on being one of the most beautiful villages in France; its exceptional bay, home to a small marina just a stone’s throw from the beach, is steeped in a wealth of stories and legends. Experience the thrill of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure, and stroll through Annecy’s old town. Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport:
- The regular SIBRA 60 bus service, with a stop located near the flat (a 5-minute walk away), provides easy access to Annecy town centre (around 25 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is about a 60-minute drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to travel by car, please note that no parking space is included with the rental.
Other points to note:
- The property is entirely non-smoking
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
We are happy to welcome your pet (dogs weighing up to 8 kg) for an additional charge of €40. For any special requests (heavier pets, a second pet, other types of pet, etc.), please contact us: we will consider your request carefully.
On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
