The apartment has a double bedroom, comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen, giving you everything you need for a self-catering stay in Belfast.



The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. You'll also have a TV and free WiFi throughout the apartment.



With Botanic Avenue just a short walk away, you'll have plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, while Queen's University and Botanic Gardens are also within easy walking distance.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire 1-bedroom apartment throughout your stay.



The property operates with self-check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet you on arrival. Clear access instructions will be provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Please note that the apartment is within a residential building, so guests are asked to respect shared areas and other residents.

Getting Around:

The apartment is well located for exploring Belfast on foot and by public transport.



Botanic Avenue, Queen's University, Botanic Gardens, the Ulster Museum and Belfast Empire Music Hall are all within easy walking distance. Belfast City Hall and the main shopping district are approximately a 20-minute walk away.



Botanic Train Station is around a 5-minute walk from the apartment, providing convenient rail connections across Belfast and beyond. Regular bus services are also available nearby.



On-street parking may be available in the surrounding area, but spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



The apartment is located within a residential building, so guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight.
