The Space:

Recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished, Windsor offers a comfortable and contemporary base for exploring Belfast.



The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The sofa in the living room converts into a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 5 guests.



The living area includes comfortable seating, a dining area, TV and dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.



You'll also have free WiFi throughout the apartment, a private entrance and free parking directly outside the property.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout your stay.



The property operates with self-check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet on arrival. Your access instructions will be sent approximately 24 hours before arrival once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Free parking is available directly outside the property.

Windsor is situated in a quiet residential setting just off Lisburn Road, one of Belfast's popular areas for cafés, restaurants, bars and independent shops.



The location is particularly convenient for visitors wanting to explore South Belfast. Queen's University, Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum are all nearby, while Belfast City Hospital is also within easy reach.



The city centre is approximately a 15–20 minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy Belfast's main attractions while staying in a quieter residential setting.

Belfast city centre is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the apartment, with regular bus services available nearby for those who prefer not to walk.



Lisburn Road and its cafés, restaurants, bars and shops are within easy walking distance, as are Queen's University, Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum.



For guests travelling by car, free parking is available directly outside the property.

The minimum age for guests is 25, unless the booking is for a family.



After booking, all guests must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



As the apartment is located in a residential area, we ask all guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight.

We're a small local team and are available every day from 9am–5pm.
