This was the perfect location for us to be able to walk to the Sanctuary of Padre Pio in just minutes and from which to take a day trip to Mont Sant'Angelo.
The room was great, the pools were refreshing, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional, both in appearance and comportment.
We stayed two nights and both evenings chose to dine in the restaurant. The food was plentiful, delicious, and presented with understated flair. The service was cordial and extremely attentive (without being intruusive).
Apparently, this hotel was built about 50 years ago, was purchased by new owners four years ago. They undertook a massive renovation to update it, which they have done with great taste-- simple but elegant.

Abbiamo prenotato il weekend scorso, una Suite, con vasca idromassaggio in camera. La Suite stupenda, molto elegante. Anche la piscina esterna, con i lettini, per godersi il relax . Vicinissimo al Santuario, si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Only positive is the balcony and the location. They have a pool but it is closed in the middle of the day when you would want to enjoy a dip to cool off after a morning of walking around and exploring.
horrible. all sweets and barely any other options. Disappointing. Tiny bowl of fruit, some unfavorable looking scrambled eggs and I think maybe some bacon? No healthy options.
They say 4 star but we asked for an iron and were told the hotel does not have one. Staff wanted to keep our passports- the only location to try and insist on this. they were unhelpful. ZERO help with luggage. I was traveling with my 81 yr old mom who is not in great health and they did nothing to assist me.
