Extrem hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage, phantastisches Kaffee/Restaurant. In Fussdistanz zu einem Shoppingcenter mit Apotheken. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Der kleine Pool war eher schmutzig und lädt nicht zum baden/verweilen ein, hauptsächlich aber auch, weil es integriert ins Restaurant ist. Aber das st eigentlich egal...

Well maintained - an oasis.
A little far from the centre of the city - walkable but only just.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the shower pressure was absolutely amazing—I honestly didn’t want to get out!
The staff were warm, friendly and incredibly attentive, providing my young daughters and me with outstanding customer service throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The food was also delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Zimbabwe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning the next time we are in Zimbabwe!

Location very quite and splendid, the smell of the jacaranda trees was what made a hide difference, just awesome, they have a very friendly team from the reception to the restaurant stuff.
We had a lovely breakfast daily during our stay.
The WiFi was bad in the bedrooms, signal was close to none.
There are no phone extensions in the bedrooms to call the recordings for any need and also the doors also are still using key enter instead of being digitized to card format which can lesson the huddle of holding a physical key with a Key holder, if you lose that key then you are in trouble
