AWFUL

It has potential but is ruined by the behaviour of the owner

The owner of the property is awful. We arrived at 7pm even though the check in starts at 3. The apartment was dirty, nothing was cleaned from the previous gusts. They sent a woman to clean, she left dirty towles and sheets none were cleaned properly, mascara, blood, dirty stains everywhere. No hot water, when you turn on the boiler it starts to drip. The owner told us he would cancel the booking for free and then took 60e from us and showed up with DIRTY sheets again, without any towels DRUNK at 12PM. Unacceptable behaviour and the worst booking experince i have ever had.

A comfortable, well-located apartment that made my week in Thessaloniki truly enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location is perfect — right in the heart of a lively neighborhood with cafés, shops, and everything within walking distance. The balcony was one of my favorite parts, offering a nice view where I could relax in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable week-long stay. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, and the check-in/out process was very easy. Overall, it felt like a cozy home in Thessaloniki.

Good place, bad owners

Good location and good layout of the rooms.

The window in one of the bedrooms does not open. The water heater has to be turned on every time before use. The shower drain is clogged and you have to wade through dirty water. The kitchen is constantly flooded due to an old, unfixed leak under the sink.

Konumu iyiydi. 4 kişilik bir grup için konaklama çok kolaydı. Hiç kullanmadık ancak mutfak olanakları yeterliydi.

Yataklar inanılmaz rahatsızdı ve dardı. Nevresim takımları, yastıklar temiz değildi. Su asla ısınmadı, kimse duş alamadı. Evin alt katındaki restorandan gelen koku hep evin içindeydi, rahatsız ediciydi. Özellikle restoranlar açıldığında evde çok gürültü oluyordu.
