10/10 Would recommend

The location was superb, very walkable area. Close to the train station, museum, malls, restaurants. It was perfect for what we were looking for. This was a super cute apartment and we would definitely stay here again. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. I would also highly recommend the breakfasts they served us. Delivered each morning with generous portions. Very delicious!

Great view, great location, nice kitchen

The beds were dirty, beddings not, but the place was not clean enough for my standards

3 / 10

Unacceptable in summer but potentially very nice otherwise.

The location itself (if it wouldnt be for the extreme noise) and the view is great, the infrastructure and the huge amount of good restaurants in the area make it a great spot to start a trip through the city. Easy to find parking spots on the streets around the apartment. The apartment itself and its interior is very nicely designed, the kitchen is good and the layout works well. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and it was very easy to reach them anytime.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst travel experiences we ever had. The apartment is simply not suited for a stay in summer and charging 300€ per night for this is not acceptable. The apartment has no AC and was extremely hot with outside temperatures of just 30°C. However, we couldn't open the windows at night due the incredible noise caused by tuned cars and motorcycles that pass by every 1-3 minutes each night from late afternoon until at least 02:00 AM. It was impossible for us to sleep during these 4 nights as even the (rather uncomfortable) beds were vibrating from the extreme noise, it felt like staying beside a F1 track - it seems to be a very popular place for street races and the like. On top of that, there are no proper curtains in the living room which means it was bright as day from 05:30 AM on. This combined basically ruined our whole trip to Warsaw. There were a few ants in most of the rooms and the space underneath the beds were quite dusty - but both were comparably minor issues. We are fully aware that the hosts are not to blame for the shortcomings of Warsaw police but we simply can't advise staying here in warmer months. The curtains are something that would easily be fixed, I am afraid the only solution to the noise is a proper AC installation - especially considering the price point that is asked for this place.
