Great location, poor accommodation. Promised courtyard was more of a shared yard with no seating.

The location was good, towels soft, Durants staff professional

THE STAIRS, very hazardous, a handrail would help enormously. The carpets were grubby. The settee was not comfortable The area around the back door was very dirty.

Southwold sausage dog festival

Great Location, close by to shops and Southwold golf course and the Heath handy for dog walkers.

Unfortunately on arrival at 16:00 the cottage hadn't been cleaned after the previous visitors. Contacted Durrants who were very swift in rectifying the oversight and apologised leaving a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch. No parking at the property it's a short walk to a public car park which is very busy during the day, you're be very lucky to find a space.
