El trato del personal y el administrador del hotel muy amables pues no ubicabamos el lugar y el fue por nosotros y guió el autobús hasta el hotel. En si la atención y las habitaciones están muy bien. Y la disponibilidad del personal excelente.
Esta demasiado lejos del centro de Chignahuapan, los caminos de acceso al lugar todavía son de terraceria realmente no aptos para autobús porque son muy estrechos me imagino que en tiempo de lluvias el acceso sería muy complicado y no hay forma de salir por las noches porque no hay transporte por lo alejado del lugar. Pero si vas en automóvil propio puede ser un lugar económico y de estancia agradable.
