Wyposażenie kompletne, w tym nieco zbytkowy fajny ekspres do kawy. Miejsce bardzo spokojne na uboczu miejscowości. Balatonudvari to nieduża spokojna miejscowość z niezatłoczoną plażą. Do plaży można spokojnie dojść w 10 minut. Dom kryty słomą co daje fajny klimat w środku w upalne dni.
