L'hôte, extrêmement aimable et accueillant, et très ouvert à la discussion, nous a recommandé de nombreux endroits originaux, en dehors des circuits touristiques les plus connus. L'emplacement par rapport à la gare de Nice-Ville s'est avéré très stratégique, et la mer n'est qu'à 10 ou 15 minutes de marche.
La chambre n'est pas très spacieuse, mais si vous venez à Nice pour profiter de la ville et de la mer, elle vous servira simplement de point de chute pour la nuit. La salle de bains partagée n'a pas posé de problème majeur, car il a suffi de s'organiser au niveau des horaires.

Eric is the kindest host I've ever met. He let us stay, although booking made it possible to reserve a closed period. He instantly prepared our room while we had an evening walk in the city on the 30th of December. We received many useful tips and advises for our stay, and we could use the fully equipped kitchen. The place is really close to the central station: "Gare de Nice-Ville".
