I can't comment on staff as we didn't meet anyone, self service worked fine once we got to understand how the key worked. Facilities were really clean and really comfortable. It's definitely the rooms at the back of the house, and that worked just fine for us
It was a bit weird hearing the conversation through the bedroom wall, and there are lights thru the night.

Location was ideal for us as we were in Millwater for a half marathon.
The kitchen/dining area was very small and there was no space to relax as the weather was not favorable for using the deck)which is off the bedroom.

Great place to stay, everything was in a short distance, nice private entrance out the back easily accessible with somewhere to park securely. Beautiful and clean inside and out, loved the huge bathroom! Was nice to hear the birds around. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy some of the walks just below. Thank you for having us!
Found the security sensor in the bedroom lighting up red when you move annoying when sleeping.

Too cold to sit outside in the comfortable seating only option was dining chairs in kitchenette.
