The accomodation has everything you might ever need, we couldn't be more satisfied. From kitchenware, wine opener to leg massager, it had everything. After coming the owner prepared for us welcome snacks, tea and sticky notes and manual in English for everything you might possibly want to ask. The owner really seems to live for the accomodation and answered immediately to any of our questions and was incredibly helpful in all situations. We even recieved recommendations for restaurants in the area, which was very helpful. The place is clean and very well taken care of. The location is great too, 20 minutes by bus/subway away from the main palaces and square. The accomodation is not exactly a villa but an apartment in a 1st floor of a villa which unfortunately doesn't have an elevator, but the stairs are quite short so it wasn't a problem. We spent there 10 days and had an incredibly comfortable stay, highly recommend!
We would appreciate one more bigger pot for cooking, but it wasn't a great issue.

Comfortable multiple beds, A/C system in all of the rooms, cable tv, big washing machine, and host was accommodating and responsive. The house was very clean and cozy.
Little further out from the main transportation area than I'd prefer and on the 2nd floor so a bit of a challenge when hauling big luggage.

宿が清潔であったところとオーナーの方の対応がとても親切でおすすめの場所など教えてくれたりして大変助かりました。変換プラグなども用意してくださっていたのも助かりました。
少しだけホテルに行くまで悩みました。
