Beautifully designed interior with comfortable furnishing and no clutter. The neighborhood and outside of the building felt a little run down, but the apartment itself was modern nearly flawless.
We liked being two blocks from the waterfront in a neighborhood with good restaurants, grocery store, and ev charging
Parking in a narrow alley 4 flights below was daunting, but we were able to unload luggage in front before moving the car

Firstly, a bad review appeared previously with my name attached. It was not me and I was extremely happy with the apartment. Location was fantastic - one street back from the harbour. Found a nice restaurant around the corner with great food and great views. The apartment itself was way beyond anything I expected. Plenty of space and anything you could hope for in a property. It was clean and comfortable. One small note - the battery in the A/C remote is dead and could not be used, but we didn't need it. I would gladly stay here for a longer time next time. I was a little concerned about the parking arrangements, but with the help of the photos I found the space quite quickly and contrary to many other locations it was easy to get into with my larger car. So, no complaints whatsoever and my apologies to Andrei for that previous review.

דירה מדהימה, מרווחת חדשנית ויפה, המון מתקנים ועזרים, מיטות מרוד נוחות, עיצוב מודרני ואסתטי, מארח זמין ואדיב, חניה נוחה.
לא הייתה גישה למרפסת לצערנו (באופן זמני) אבל המארח כן הציע לפתוח לנו אותה אם זה יהיה מאוד חשוב.

Amplio, con dos habitaciones y disponiendo de lavadora y secadora.
Las escaleras no resultan muy cómodas para subir maletas voluminosas. Y aunque se agradece el tener aparcamiento propio, al estar ubicado en la parte de atrás del edificio con muchas más escaleras, supone que haya que tener que dejar el coche temporalmente en otro espacio.
