Location is a bit confusing as it still a new area that is developing but you get used to it quickly.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was some nearby construction causing temporary road closures; however, when we were about to arrive, the host kindly shared an alternative map, which made reaching the apartment easy. Communication was good, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment itself is 10/10. It's clean and it has all the amenities required and communication with the host is great.
I would have rated this property a 10 if it wasn't for the insane noise outside.
Unfortunately right outside there's a lot of construction going on and it was extremely loud. We barely had 2-3 hours of sleep all night. For sure I wouldn't have stayed there more than 1 night in those conditions.
