Great location to Chermside Westfield and only 15 min drive to airport. Amelia met us at the apartment on our arrival for handover of keys and gave a brief rundown of the apartment (wifi/ parking/rubbish disposal/ deposit of keys on departure) nice personal touch.
Maintenance: we found the dishwasher powder drawer full of congealed powder and didn’t open during the wash cycle /blue footstool bottom leg fell off / individual casual chair near front door sits on a slant / lots of bottles of pot pourri all empty/ drains in bathrooms smelt on and off / balcony needs cleaning up / salad bowl would be nice / overall cleanliness could be better particularly in kitchen and bathrooms/ balcony

The apartment was close to Prince Charles Hospital, and Westfield Shopping Centre, there was onsite parking. Reasonably comfortable for a night (or two).
The pendant light as you enter the apartment was obviously meant to hang over a dining table, but instead we hit our heads on it. The lounge (sofa bed) was very low to the floor and uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. The bed in the 'master' bedroom was too low to the floor. The vanity in each bathroom was low.
