The property is spacious and suitable for families or groups. There is access to a swimming pool and gym within the estate, although both facilities are located near the guardhouse, about a 5-minute walk from the villa. We also appreciated the late checkout until 12:30pm.
Before/during the stay, I asked the host if the washing machine had a dryer function and was told that yes, it did. However, the machine only had a normal spin function, not a dryer. The washing machine was also located at the basement level, which was inconvenient, and there was no drying rack provided in the villa.
Water pressure was quite low during our stay. We also found a blood stain on the bedsheet in one of the second-floor bedrooms. I informed the host via WhatsApp and shared a photo, but did not receive any response regarding this issue.
Communication was generally slow and it was difficult to get timely replies. The air freshener scent in the house was also very strong upon check-in and caused discomfort and sneezing on the first day.
