O apartamento é limpo e bem organizado. Tudo novo. O prédio tem recepção 24h, o que facilita muito o check-in. Tem um mercadinho autônomo e outras facilidades. A localização é boa. A recepcionista foi muito atenciosa no check-in e me ajudou a conseguir uma vaga no estacionamento para alugar.
O estacionamento do prédio é muito pequeno e as vagas são todas engavetadas. Tem que deixar a chave no carro pros outros manobrarem, o que é um risco. A vaga na garagem é à parte (paguei R$ 50,00 a diária). O toalheiro estava solto da parede e o edredom não estava limpo.

The location and the facilities of the building. The apartment utilities and furniture are brand new. Easy to go in and out and very well guarded.
The induction stove didn't have the correct pans to function; the bathroom had an odd smell, even though all the installations were new. I think the worst part was that I told their customer service admin, and I didn't hear back, but when I asked about extending the stay, I did. Also, the duvet didn't have a cover, and it wasn't clean.
