The garden setting was pleasant and the off‑street parking was convenient. The price was reasonable for what was provided.

Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The number of notes and rules made the stay feel controlled and less relaxed. The barn‑door bathroom lacked privacy, and there were spider webs in the bedroom and on the kitchen shelf.

Decorated beautifully and with thought for guests enjoyment. Loved fire pit & outdoor spaces & garden views & supplies inside.

2 seater couch would have made evenings more enjoyable. Too many rules made us feel we couldn't fully relax as we have at the 8 other places stayed at on our trip. Suggest a top sheet under doona so you can push doona down when hot but stay covered.

The studio apartment is super cute and the bed was nice. WiFi and heat worked well, nice hot shower. Tucked back in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Blackout curtains in the bedroom appreciated.

The bathroom sink is too small to use for anything other than washing your hands so I had to use the kitchen sink for brushing my teeth, etc. There is nowhere to plug in a hair dryer anywhere close to a mirror so getting ready in the mornings was really inconvenient. There is also no stove and the electric frying pan is all scratched up and made of teflon, yuck! There are all of these passive aggressive little notes stuck everywhere around the place reminding you of all the rules and even threatening to add extra charges if towels get stained. No access to laundry was annoying as I stayed for 10 days and really could have used a place to wash clothes. This place is not walking distance from anything.
