Location was great because it was right next to the beach. There were mostly locals around the area so you could experience authentic Thailand. Thai staff was friendly. There were lovely dogs you can look after during your stay. Overall condition was clean.

When we arrived, we couldn’t find the owner because the receiption wasn’t at use. When we found him, the first thing he said to us that was ”Finland is not friends with Russia”. It felt very weird and has nothing to do with us or our stay in the hotel. Then he told us the wifi password and our room number, nothing else. First days were alright but then we saw that there is a laundry room. We asked for the code so we could use it. Owner said to us that you can wash minimum 8kg laundry, but we thought it was a language barrier because the machines were normal sized and no one has that much of laundry with them on holiday. I washed our laundry and next day we got a message, that if we continue to wash that little laundry, we can’t use the machines. How did he know how much laundry I washed? Well, he has cameras all over. So he watched me doing my personal laundry closely. I got the creeps and felt really anxious that someone watches us. After 3 days we asked for cleaning and he told us that someone will clean the room. It didn’t happen, next day I asked again. Then cleaning lady said that tomorrow they will clean. That never happened. We stayed there for 6 days and room wasn’t cleaned once. We had to take the trash out etc. ourselves. It is quite obvious that we received this kind of experience because we are Finnish. So if you aren’t Russian, avoid this place. The owner has the power to ruin your stay on this beautiful island. Many of the other reviews praise the owners kindness and hospitality but we didn’t experience any of that, which is really sad.
