Great host and accomodation!

Good descriptions provided, but upon arrival there's two entrances, both with key box, a bit confusing.

Lack of air conditioning/electric fan, a bit challenging in the summer.

Would not recommend..

Would have been nice perfect if clean.. good location

Our experience was appalling from start to finish. Check-in was 4pm, although the owner confirmed the property was ready at 3pm. We still arrived at 4pm to find what was clearly an uncleaned property. The shower was filthy, there were hairs in the bathroom, crumbs all over the table and floor, and, most concerning of all, the bed had clearly been slept in and the bedding had not been changed. There was also a missing light bulb from the lower wall light fitting, leaving the exposed fitting at roughly waist height, which could be dangerous for young children. We immediately tried contacting the owner by phone and email but received no response whatsoever. After spending over three hours trying to get hold of someone, including contacting Booking.com for assistance, we had no option but to book into a hotel. This completely disrupted our plans and ruined the first evening of what was supposed to be a two-night stay. We had travelled for a wedding and missed valuable time we should have been enjoying before the event. The owner eventually refunded us, explaining that the cleaner had “personal issues” and that she herself hadn’t answered because she was also dealing with “personal issues.” While I sympathise that unexpected circumstances happen, that does not excuse leaving guests to arrive at an unhygienic property with no way of contacting anyone for help. Had the owner answered the phone, I’d have happily given her an hour to resolve the situation. Had there been clean bedding available, I’d probably have changed the bed myself. Instead, we were left completely abandoned with no option but to leave. I’m not particularly fussy, but expecting a clean property and fresh bedding is the absolute minimum. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, but the complete lack of communication turned what could have been a recoverable mistake into an awful experience. I would strongly advise others to book elsewhere.
