Bedroom was clean, nicely decorated and hotel/pub easy to locate.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
No parking on site for first night. Car park is very small and streets located nearby are all permit parking.
Check in area at the bar. When we arrived someone was sat there drinking and I was asked to give my name, didn’t feel comfortable with that.
Shower itself is very small. Kept banging elbows whilst trying to wash hair and I’m not large.

Excellent little hotel above a pub on the outskirts of York. 15 mins walk to the centre. Lots of places for breakfast down the road. Comfy bed, very clean and powerful shower. Did the job for one night. Even though it's above a pub everything was quiet for before 11pm.
Room and bathroom were small but ok for one night. The bolier woke us up at 6.30am. seems to be when people take a shower.

Room was modern and clean a little compact but sufficient for our needs. A comfortable bed and we did not notice any excess noise from bar below. Good selection of teas coffees in the room.
Yuzu Street Food was tasty and delicious.
Very limited parking at venue we arrived just after 1pm for 3pm check in carpark was full and 3 spaces in side street where full.
Most surrounding roads had controlled parking and car parks that offered overnight parking where expensive.
Ordering food at YUZU via counter display machine in bar area I thought it was odd offering to include a tip prior to receiving order. Food was fine.

Great location
The bedroom and bathroom were tiny and although it was advertised as having a desk this was squeezed in with no room for a chair. Comfy bed but noisy customers outside the pub were very loud until around 2am making it impossible to sleep.

"Upon arrival we met staff who helped us get parked in the car park, we had a drink in the bar and walked into town (10 mins ) . Checked into room 1 around 5 pm , lovely room , very spacious."
