Great location, but I would rather stay somewhere else.

location was fantastic for the city. A lot of things around.

Needing to walk for 15 min to get a key, and also arguing with them about leaving the key in the apartment after the stay was a hassle. They wanted me to deliver the key back to the same pickup spot, but they werent even open when we left. And suggested another spot that was further away to leave it. After some conversations I could finally leave it in the apartment. There was a router and password code to the wifi in the apartment, but no internet. And was told that there was no internet at all. The floor in the main bedroom was awful, it was broken in pieces. No pressure in the shower at all. One key given to 4 people staying, needed to use key 5 times before inside apartment. Tough when people do things separately, and then no wifi to get in touch.

Disappointing for the money charged and I would definitely NOT recommend to anyone else.

We liked the location in relation to being able to walk into the city centre

The keys were not available at the specified location at 7:15pm as arranged. The person at the first pick up point was incredibly unhelpful. Then we had to contact Guestready via messenger to arrange for another location to pick up the keys. All of this with suitcases and baggage. The apartment itself was not acceptable, I have photos of all the areas that we were unhappy with. The flooring is damaged. The plug in the bedroom is wobbling on the wall. There was a duvet and sheets just thrown in the bottom of the wardrobe. The shower is literally a dribble of water and very difficult to control the temperature. The curtains are tatty. The extra large double bed is definitely NOT extra large at all. The communal hallway downstairs reeks of rotting rubbish. The kitchen was nice and in good working order.

We were disappointed, good location but not in good condition.

The living area was nice and comfortable for 3 people, it looked nice and the kitchen was good.

The apartment fittings were tired, poorly finished (floor not properly fitted and the bathroom was in bad condition), the twin beds were low child style beds which we didn’t know - adults were staying. The shower was very poor.
