The caravan was nice and modern. Felt spacious and good location to visit Rhyl or Prestatyn.
Although the caravan was modern, it had not been cleaned well and put a dampener on our stay. Unfortunately we had to clean the caravan, from the floor to the cutlery, cupboard doors which were sticky.
We didn't use the toaster because it was beyond acceptable.
The shower was scoldingly hot and we were unable to use, especially with two young children. That sign says it fluctuates but it didn't. It was constant booking water.
Although not the caravans owners fault, it's worth knowing the caravan is right next to that entertainment. This was not an issue until they opened the door of the venue. The music went on until 12am one night.
We hoped to be able to use the swimming pool and knew we needed to purchase passes for this, however the swimming was fully booked for 2 days, and the only activity included in the pass was swimming so as a family of 4 we decided paying almost £80 for one session (3 day pass) was definitely not worth while.
