Welcoming dray at great aunt’s home near City Walls and train station.

Close to train station, roomy well appointed home. Responds promptly to requests for amenities that were lacking. Very gracious host.

Coffee pods were available but poor quality. Great to have a washing machine but no laundry soap.

We had a wonderful time

Super clean, spacious and cosy house with a pretty garden, comfy beds and three air cons, a treat during hot nights. The location was perfect: close to the train station and just a quick walk away from the centre (as our lovely host Michele pointed out, you don't have to cross any roads, just use the footpath and 2 underpasses). Very quiet and clean neighbourhood and the free carpark was really handy. We didn't cook but the kitchen was equipped with everything you need and there were free coffee tabs and some treats too. There were two small dogs next door, one of them was adorable and extra affectionate - our kids loved it. We'll 100% come back.

There is nothing major as we really loved our stay, just 2 things that could be improved: I'm not a fan of shower curtains and this one was particulary tricky to pull and adjust. It was too long and you had to try hard not to get the floor wet. The house has a little sign on it but when you drive into - what I would describe as a courtyard that's also a bit hard to spot from the road (Via Nottolini) - you don't notice it straight away. All the houses that are positioned around the courtyard (maybe 5) have the same number. We rang the wrong door bell first but then messaged Michele and he came down straight away. So just make sure you go to the metal gate in the left hand corner of the yard and you'll see the sign on the house on the right.

We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again

Good location, easy to walk in to the city. Clean and tidy. Very responsive and helpful hosts.
