Owner has done a brilliant app for the house & Lucca. Very friendly & helpful. Spacious, lovely garden, easy walk to train station & Old Town

Super clean, spacious and cosy house with a pretty garden, comfy beds and three air cons, a treat during hot nights. The location was perfect: close to the train station and just a quick walk away from the centre (as our lovely host Michele pointed out, you don't have to cross any roads, just use the footpath and 2 underpasses). Very quiet and clean neighbourhood and the free carpark was really handy. We didn't cook but the kitchen was equipped with everything you need and there were free coffee tabs and some treats too. There were two small dogs next door, one of them was adorable and extra affectionate - our kids loved it. We'll 100% come back.
There is nothing major as we really loved our stay, just 2 things that could be improved: I'm not a fan of shower curtains and this one was particulary tricky to pull and adjust. It was too long and you had to try hard not to get the floor wet. The house has a little sign on it but when you drive into - what I would describe as a courtyard that's also a bit hard to spot from the road (Via Nottolini) - you don't notice it straight away. All the houses that are positioned around the courtyard (maybe 5) have the same number. We rang the wrong door bell first but then messaged Michele and he came down straight away. So just make sure you go to the metal gate in the left hand corner of the yard and you'll see the sign on the house on the right.

Liebevolle, wunderschöne Einrichtung, mit allem, was man braucht um den Urlaub zu genießen. Das Haus hat genug getrennte Räumlichkeiten für mehrere Personen, wo jeder seine Ruhe finden konnte. Auch der gemeinsam benutzte, schöne Garten war eine willkommene Abwechslung. Die Gastgeber waren außerordentlich freundlich und immer zur Hilfe parat. Sie haben uns mit genug Informationen versorgt, um das wichtigste im Luca und Umgebung nicht zu verpassen. Die Lage ist geradezu perfekt, für jeder Art Ausflüge, ob Berg, Kultur oder Strand: in 5 Minuten schon auf der Autobahn, in 7 Minuten zu Fuß schon in der Altstadt.

Je pensais que l'appartement avait 2 chambres avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples mais il n'y avait que des lits doubles...
Un peu plus excentré du centre ville de Lucques que je pensais (même si l'accès à pied s'est finalement assez bien passé)
Bruyant le matin en raison du chien du propriétaire et d'autres chiens danse quartier, ainsi que des travaux chez un voisin
