The location was great and we were able to check in early.
It was not luxurious at all. Needed a refurbishment.

Fantastic location. Very well appointed apartment with 5 good bedrooms including a family room. Cot available and high chair although for my 3 year old grandchildren not necessary Very Spacious up stairs above a shop on high street, comfortable and quiet Staff supported our queries immediately Kids wanted to stay there forever!
A couple of issues with windows in front and back. Back window was broken and wedged shut with paper towels blocking draughts. However during heatwave this was tricky

Myself & 4 lady friends (over 70) liked this property because it's the only one we've found with 5 bedrooms, with single & double beds & 2 bathrooms. Plenty of seating, large TV, & Wifi. Mainly modern comfortable furniture. Looked very well equipped kitchen, just short of a dishwasher. Fortunately we only made brews. It's in the centre of Lytham right on the main road (we didn't find it noisy). In a great place for shopping, restaurants and the sea front.
Although the parking (possibly for 2 smallish cars) is round the back you cannot get access from the back so have to trundle luggage round the block to a front door that needs replacing/painting. Gaining entrance the hallway again doesn't inspire you. Once upstairs the rooms are quite nicely decorated but bedrooms lack some bedside lamps. The kitchen has a large glass dinning table. This needed a good clean, so many greasy streaks on it. We did our best with the minimum cleaning products to hand. The dark towels although clean had bleach marks on them. Most of the place needed a good clean/dusting. The washbasin in the shower room is tiny and had no plug or toilet roll holder. The downstairs toilet was really slow to fill so took ages once flushed The property had WiFi, the signal wasn't great downstairs, much better in the bedrooms. As this property accommodates up to 10 another front door key would be useful (only 1 in the key safe). After the negatives we did enjoy our stay and would go again.
