The accommodation is located on the second floor of a condominium with lift and opens onto a small atrium that leads to a living room with dining table and sofa.

The sleeping area consists of a complete bathroom with shower cubicle and sanitary ware and a bedroom with double bed.

The kitchen is independent and equipped with gas supply.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a basin closed in the north-western part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio gulf. The town centre, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Dolphins Coast", which connects the town to Portofino. The locality is an appreciated tourist and seaside resort of the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Natural Park.



Santa Margherita Ligure railway station is approximately 5 minutes' drive from the apartment whilst Genoa airport is approximately 45 minutes' drive away.
