Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): No minimum stay.
Weekends & Special Events: Friday and Saturday must be booked together for a 2-night minimum (with occasional 3-night minimums for holidays or major events like SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). We have a 14-day cancellation policy for special events. We always try to be flexible, so feel free to check in with us!
3. Smoking Policy:
No smoking of any kind inside the house.
Smoking outside is totally fine—just please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.
4. No Glitter or Confetti:
It’s basically impossible to clean. Let’s keep it fun, not messy!
5. Pets:
We love pets! Your furry friends are usually very welcome, but please check with us first so we can make sure everything is set up for them. 🐶

Our stay was great. Just a few things that were misleading but our overall stay was wonderful. We had a party of 10 which the house accommodated 10 yet we had 8 towels. We had to go out and buy towels. We also knew we had cots available yet no sheets for cots or blankets. So if you plan to stay I would advise to bring sheets and a few extra towels. Had a problem with drain in guest bathroom and overhead light in one bedroom. Made it aware to management for future guest. Parking is an issue but we managed. Driveway is shared by two complex’s. Told to park in the street but garbage cans took up half the street parking. At least 5 to 6 city cans in front of house leaving little room in front. We had 5 cars for our party of 10. Over all the house is super clean and we had plenty of room to gather and visit. Made all small issues aware to management and they were super nice to note the problems. So before staying I would check to see if they have sheets, towels and lighting fixed. Management seemed concerned and would handle the problems that were mentioned. We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect location from the Moody Center and DKR.

Had struggles booking both houses on the property due to the listing not being clear. Management overcharged me then credited back the difference to resolve this issue.In addition, I reported the hot tub being extremely dirty with no signs of being cleaned. I sent photos of the condition and was then accused of possibly vomiting in the tub… The next day maintenance came out to clean it and I was credited 300 for the inconvenience.I will not revisit this property again nor would I recommend.
