We absolutely loved our stay at "This Is It"! It was the perfect layout for our group and you can't beat the location. The views are incredible from every living space and there are so many great areas to enjoy the outdoors..the balcony off of the primary bedroom, the covered patio off of the main living area, and the lower patio with a BBQ. The house was extremely well equipped and had so many beach activities for adults and kids. Gail was a wonderful host and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy! We would highly recommend this home and we can't wait to return!

Super clean- amazing location right on the beach. Kitchen had everything you could want and the house comes with plenty of snorkel gear and the kayaks are right near the beach. A great trip- would have no hesitations in recommending this house.
