Great place for a family trip, very cosy, clean, well equipped and well located. Quality AC (very silent and clean, not the case in many places!), the parking was included which was really great and a good spot with mostly shade during the day. Very smooth communication with the owner.
This is not to complain as everything was great but some improvements can be made. Add some instructions for foreign travellers who don't know how things work in France for sorting garbage, instructions in the house; from a hospitality perspective, the baby cot is usually pre-installed (people travel and usually arrive tired) and ensure there are enough toilet/cleaning supplies for the duration of the stay. The induction plate required some 'learning' and a lot of patience for the touch buttons. The pool looked interesting but never went because there were too many not necessary rules (swimming boxers, no drinks from outside etc.) and there was no shade during the day and no chairs.

Le linge sentait bon le parfum de la lessive, l'appartement est spacieux, la clim est appréciable et le logement est idéalement situé. L'hôte est très reactive, je recommande pour votre séjour au cap D'agde ! Merci
