It is very good hotel that I stay in China since August 5. The hotel has self laudry that I can wash my clothes. The food are very delicious. My husband and I will book it again when we travel to Haikou a few year later. We are very happy to stay in this hotel for 3 nights .
The staff are very friendly and willing to help even though many of them can not speak English.

The room was lovely, but it smelled of smoke. By the time everything was sorted, I didn't go downstairs to change.
Beds are comfy and the room is clean but the whole experience wasn't very satisfying.
I wrote to the hotel twice to ask if they had a shuttle to the airport, and they never got back to me. I had fully prepared for China with an eSIM and a bank account attached to my credit card when I got there. When I arrived, there was no Wi-Fi, and neither the eSIM (Airaloo) or the app for card payments worked and no one spoke English at the airport or later at the hotel. One woman selling esim cards spoke a little English and called transport for us. We went to where she said for pick up and a van arrived with many adults and children and they could not explain where they were going but we got in anyway and luckily arrived at the hotel. At the hotel no one understood us and they hadn't taken payment for the room from our credit cards. None of our cards seemed to work. Eventually, my HSBC card worked to pay for the room. All this took over two hours and we had booked this hotel to get some rest as we had to leave at 5.30 am for an early flight. Next time I would stay at the airport.
